Job Description:

The role is largely centered on managing and coordinating various human resources tasks within the legal industry. Our workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be actively involved in managing employee relations, maintaining compliance, and handling benefit functions.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems effectively for various HR tasks
Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and guidelines within the organization
Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce platforms to perform HR functions effectively and efficiently
Act as a point of contact for FMLA related queries and issues
Use ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient task management and coordination
Handle benefit functions with accuracy and diligence, ensuring employee satisfaction
Maintain open and effective communication across all levels of the organization
Manage and resolve any HR-related inquiries or issues promptly

Requirements:

Extensive experience with ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Experience with Ceridian software
Proficient in Dayforce
Thorough knowledge of Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Strong understanding of Compliance regulations
Solid experience in Employee Relations
Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations
