Job Description:

Lead transformative HR initiatives and build a high-performing organization within a dynamic, global company. Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders across various departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Manage large-scale HR projects and drive organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

Formulate and implement organizational and human resource strategies
Lead company-wide personnel planning, implementation, and execution
Manage large-scale HR projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
Lead project teams and manage cross-functional collaborations
Provide decision-making support to senior management on key HR issues
Lead emergency response and special projects
Develop and implement innovative HR solutions to drive organizational effectiveness
Collaborate with other departments, such as the General Planning Department

Requirements:

Experience managing consulting firms and large-scale projects
Experience working in a global environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Business level English skills

Nice to have:

Experience in leading projects at consulting firms
Experience in identifying issues based on client requests and analysis of the current situation, formulating solutions, providing direction and guidance to team members, and producing output
Experience in leading projects with multinational team members
Experience in planning and executing projects to enhance organizational strength and competitiveness, improve productivity, and improve management
Human Resources experience is not required, but is preferred
