Job Description:

The Senior Information Officer (Data Analyst) is responsible for conducting activities to collect, analyse, and present performance measurement data for distribution to internal and external clients in response to on-demand requests and annual reporting requirements. This role includes supporting evidence-based decision-making and policy development with a focus on quality data and innovative business intelligence solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain performance measurement systems
extract, analyse and present complex data sets
create and maintain business intelligence solutions
provide technical expertise and guidance on departmental data sets and statistics
advise on appropriate use of departmental statistics and trends
maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
assist with preparation of briefing notes and sensitive correspondence
undertake research and evaluation to support business improvements
contribute to innovative solutions for infrastructure and planning services
support creation of an equitable and professional work environment
