Job Description:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security Administration (ISA) Service Delivery is a global organization within CISO with 600+ staff located across the globe. IAM ISA Service Delivery manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees/contractors and external Citi clients using Citi applications. The role involves fulfilling security maintenance requests, providing customer service support, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Fulfilling security maintenance related requests in banking applications and systems
Providing core customer service support
Handling complex escalations and problems
Leading severity escalations and creating corrective action plans
Representing IAM ISA Service Delivery on compliance calls
Processing entitlement, compliance review requests, and incident/change management
Ensuring adherence to SLO requirements
Performing system setup, packaging, and installation
Identifying and resolving compliance issues
Supporting automation program

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Information Security Administration or related field
Customer service experience in data management
Usage of complex tools within Microsoft applications
Excellent command of English language (both verbal and written)
Complex application or system knowledge
Minimum High School Degree (bachelor’s degree or higher is an advantage)
SSCP/CISSP/ITIL/PMP/LEAN certificate is an advantage
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have:
