Job Responsibility:

Manage the technical infrastructure across a large and intricate core accounts ecosystem in the EMEA region
Identify, evaluate, and manage any risks associated with the infrastructure effectively to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations
Drive automation, orchestration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with multiple core accounts platforms
Lead various DevOps efforts related to infrastructure management, contributing to improved productivity and reduced complexity in the environment
Work towards reducing manual touchpoints through the strategic implementation of automation solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related requests and issues
Conduct regular system audits to ensure infrastructure is functioning optimally
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 20+ infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to encourage professional growth, knowledge sharing and optimal team performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Significant experience in managing IT infrastructure in a complex, multi-platform environment
Strong understanding and experience with automation and orchestration tools and processes
Experience in a DevOps environment with a focus on infrastructure management
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic planning skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
