Job Description:

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the maintenance, stability, and oversight of our company's infrastructure, providing crucial support to our remote team members. This fully in-person position will report directly to a VP of Technology.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and resolve help desk tickets
Work closely with HR and department leaders to execute efficient onboarding and off-boarding practices
Inventory management of all hardware and software assets
Administer our network and overall digital infrastructure
Oversee the proper operation of office equipment and digital resources (printers, wifi, phones)
Implement and oversee data infrastructure and information systems architecture enabling our 75-person company to be stable
Ensure security of network access, data, and backup systems
Enforce IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

5+ years in IT Support including phones, desktop, Wi-Fi, ISP, anti-virus, and desktop setups
3+ years in Microsoft Outlook 365, Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive
3+ years in systems/network engineering including routers, switches, and firewalls
2+ years in AWS including Connect, EC2, Route53, S3, and VPC
1+ years in O365, HubSpot, Sakari
Experience with Windows, Windows Server, and MacOSX
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, comfortable with ambiguity as relates to identifying and solving business challenges
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Linux
Experience in lending, banking, or finance
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
