Job Description:

This company is an MNC leading financial services provider, focusing on investment and wealth management for corporate clients, listed in the Bursa stock exchange as a licensed company. The role requires overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, and managing a small team.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee IT infrastructure (including networks, servers, storage systems and data centres), PC & end user support
Liaise with vendors, and regional stakeholders, essentially a middle person to the whole IT operation
Manage a team of 2 engineers under your supervision

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in IT end user support and infrastructure services
Proven experience from a financial services environment, preferred to have understanding on financial and trading platforms
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team
Strong communication skills in English
