A prominent real estate litigation firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join their esteemed team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate disputes with a firm that is well-respected in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Lead high-profile real estate cases
provide strategic legal counsel
draft legal documents & motions
lead trial preparation
manage client relationships
provide mentorship & leadership

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in real estate litigation
strong background in handling complex disputes involving commercial and residential properties, leases, development, zoning, and construction
excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
extensive experience in court appearances, depositions, trials, and post-trial motions
proven record of leadership
strong written and oral communication skills
California bar license
must be local to Orange County, California
