Job Description:

My client is a legal 500, award-winning law firm currently looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their team, handling a broad range of general litigation matters. You will manage a diverse caseload, advising and representing clients in commercial, civil, and probate disputes as well as inheritance disputes and contentious matters.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and contentious probate matters
advising clients on inheritance disputes, will challenges, executor/trustee disputes, and Court of Protection matters
conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case strategies
representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
providing clear, commercially sound legal advice to clients
collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient case progression.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 7 years PQE in litigation
experience in contentious probate and general dispute resolution
strong knowledge of civil procedure and trust/estate litigation
excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail
a proactive and client-focused approach.
