Job Description:

Join a reputable financial institution as a Senior Manager in PnL Reporting and Analytics. Job Responsibility:

Produce front office view of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date Net Interest Income and Total Return
Collaborate with traders, performance managers, enterprise hedge accounting, and product control to verify PnL figures and identify opportunities for process improvement
Reconcile results with the ALM measurement team on a weekly basis and analyze discrepancies impacting PnL
Present PnL findings and discrepancies to the head of the trading group on a weekly basis
Execute ad-hoc projects and perform detailed analytics to support decision-making
Develop, implement, modify, and document PnL reporting processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
2-7 years of experience in PnL reporting, product control, or performance management within the banking sector
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Nice to have:

Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, Tableau, EPM, EGL, or HIVE
Knowledge of Enterprise Hedge Accounting
