Job Description:

The Sr. Analytic Consultant is an experienced customer-facing analyst who supports large complex customers by turning a customer’s data into meaningful and actionable information. The role includes analyzing health plan performance, interpreting medical and pharmacy cost data, and identifying strategic opportunities to improve outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Interpret, analyze and provide strategies related to the overall plan results for a customer
create reports or presentations and articulate results to a wide range of audiences
foster collaborative working relationships with data experts on the customer side
conduct weekly and monthly analytic reviews with a cross-functional team
manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7-10 years of industry experience interpreting/analyzing all aspects of a customer’s experience
strong knowledge of claim coding (CPT/DRG, etc.), provider networks, benefit designs, healthcare products/funding, medical management programs and financial acumen
demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level
capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously
demonstrated ability to think strategically in an independent manner and ‘out of the box’
strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
experience using analytic/reporting applications.

Nice to have:
