This position is to develop and deliver training programs to address and elevate franchisees’ operational effectiveness & S&M/revenue analysis skills, solid familiarity of Marriott brand standard to train them on what and how to leverage Marriott systems, tools, resources, to conduct Knowledge checks to ensure operators know what and how, including yet not limited to pre-open stage, pre-sale process, hotel count down process, hotel operation standards after opening, BSA, GV; to observe hotels team and build action plans when needed to drive performance and BSA; It will be served as a supportive position to work closely with Sr operations to Marriott Select Service Franchise Plus Initial General Managers’ Training program, including yet not limited to IGM Recruitment, training, on job training & coaching, performance tracking and guide IGM on hotel business ramp up, meanwhile drive operational excellence and ensure franchise hotels fully complied with Marriott standards.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver training programs to address and elevate franchisees’ operational effectiveness & S&M/revenue analysis skills
Train franchisees on Marriott systems, tools, and resources
Conduct knowledge checks
Observe hotel teams and build action plans
Support Sr operations in Marriott Select Service Franchise Plus Initial General Managers’ Training program
Serve as primary point of contact for franchise pre-opening and operating hotels’ compliance with Marriott brand standards
Handle technical challenges/issues
Drive operational effectiveness
Develop and enhance Marriott processes and systems
Communicate effectively with hotel owners and stakeholders
Handle a portfolio of hotels under operations
Requirements:
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
Good at relationship building
Solid training skills with sound leadership style
Strong communication skills
Complete fluency and mastery of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Minimum 6-8 years’ working experience in hospitality
Solid understanding of Marriott systems, tools, resources, and standards
Sound business acumen in operation and S&M/revenue discipline
Corporate level and Operation experience will be a plus
