Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Incentive Data, Reporting and Analytics is responsible for rigorous performance tracking of producer incentive programs, including designing internal and external tracking tools, evaluating program effectiveness, and monitoring industry and competitor benchmarks. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic input on program development.

Job Responsibility:

Incentive Management Reporting: Work with relevant internal teams to develop internal/external reporting tools that highlight performance of key producers, nationally and by local market on our incentive programs
identify opportunities of how we can maximize or leverage programs to drive performance of our producer partnerships
Producer Incentive program evaluation: Develop financial models to determine ROI/effectiveness of incentive programs
Oversee financial modeling of potential changes to programs
Develop internal/external tools to model incentive program payments
Provide strategic and analytical input for the development/refinement of Aetna’s incentive programs
Financial Management: Maintain budgeting and forecasting of Broker incentive compensation, and Strategic Partnerships G&A spend

Requirements:

5+ years of Financial Reporting and Analysis and strategic business planning within the healthcare insurance industry
5+ years of Project Management / Project Management Consulting
6+ years of Excel
