Job Description:

Provides leadership and maintains oversight of PBM Operations teams, executing local strategic plans, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Provides leadership and maintains oversight of functions in PBM Operations for the following teams: invoice processors, data integrity/accumulator audits, and file management which includes implementations, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and vendor management
Executes local strategic and operational plan in support of business segment customer service objectives and initiatives
Plans, directs and implements procedures that will assure a high level of customer access and satisfaction
Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of own team and related teams, identifying and resolving technical, operational and team problems
Manages a team of professional employees

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing high volume transaction processing, implementations, audits, and user acceptance testing
Proven strong leadership skills managing large high-performance teams, setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes
Demonstrated issue resolution with a sense of urgency
Healthcare industry experience required
Vendor management experience

Nice to have:

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Operations experience
