Job Description:

Aetna is recruiting for a Project and Product Manager to work in Stop Loss who is responsible for driving internal projects and product capabilities from initiation through completion. This person will collaborate and communicate across underwriting, actuarial, finance, product, sales, account management, and marketing teams to execute projects and initiatives. The position involves leading execution, developing business cases, cataloging strategy, coordinating communication, and ensuring product priorities align with feedback and regulatory changes.

Job Responsibility:

Representing the intentions, priorities and voice of Stop Loss in facilitating the execution of projects
Able to voice recommendations and facilitate decisions on behalf of the organization
Leads the execution and development of business cases tied to Stop Loss and champions them across the enterprise
Collaborates with business partners including finance, product, and marketing to ensure any potential risks are identified and minimized
Coordinating all communication and training needs of new capabilities
Cataloging a Stop Loss product strategy, outlining key objectives, detailing prioritized initiatives, and organizing a roadmap
Working with cross-functional partners like Sales to prepare and maintain product enhancements priority list
Aggregating customer, member and broker/consultant feedback, and regulatory changes to enable leadership to consider potential impacts to product strategy

Requirements:

7+ years work experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
