Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager, Project Program Management to support Provider Executive Complaints. This role involves collaborating with various functional areas to ensure timely resolution of provider issues and enhance overall provider satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Support research and root cause analysis for Provider Executive Complaints, ensuring effective communication and resolution
Partner with the CVS Customer Care team to address network and provider-related issues
Collaborate across Network and other departments to ensure timely responses to provider inquiries
Drive improvements in the provider executive complaint workflow to enhance efficiency
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in provider relations or customer service preferred
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
3-5 years of Network or Project Management experience
