Job Description:

Provides support to the Director of Revenue Management Field Support, focusing on Learning & Development initiatives for RMs in APEC region across all brands. This role’s primary focus is to expand and accelerate learning opportunities for the discipline in APEC region through various L&D initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Leads revenue management training efforts in the region
Delivers Revenue Management trainings (virtual and in-person)
Creates training content and curriculum
Supports continent and global revenue management projects
Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management
Min 3 years of work experience in hotel Revenue Management, Marriott experience preferred
Experience in training delivery (both virtual and in-person)
Proficiency with Advanced PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English fluency
Excellent presentation skills
Detailed knowledge of current revenue management systems and tools (One Yield, MARSHA, MRDW, etc.)
Good knowledge in technical and strategic processes of Revenue Management
Ability to deliver results under pressure
Strategic and analytical thinker
Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and change
Innovative thinker
Proactive approach to learning RM practices
Knowledgeable on all MI hotel brands
