Location: Oslo area. Job Responsibility:
Responsible for producing engineering and design deliverables necessary for Projects (inc. internal) and Tenders while ensuring conformance to codes, standards, work instructions and internal procedures
When assigned as Lead Mechanical Engineer as part of a Project, responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Mechanical engineering discipline team, and manages and coordinates the engineering work relating to the Mechanical engineering discipline
Responsible for arranging delivery of the engineering work, in accordance with the extent of work allocated to the discipline
To provide leadership to the BL EC, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and to manage the Business Line with the goal to achieve all objectives as outlined in the business plan
To lead the BL EC team, including all HR related initiatives
To ensure customer satisfaction by delivering EC projects with high level of performance (HSEQ/budget/planning)
To define and implement actions necessary to achieve the BL EC business plan / budget
To provide senior expertise in the Environmental field
To lead the business development initiatives and be the key technical partner for the Sales activity
To drive innovation in terms of equipment/service development and search the market for niche applications suitable to our field of expertise
Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years experience in an engineering or construction coordination position of heavy industrial equipment
Experience in Environmental Sciences, Process Engineering and Raw Material Handling technology
Experience in Project & Team Management
Experience in gas treatment, chemistry or petrochemistry industries is beneficial
A high level of knowledge in engineering Design and Process Design
Multidisciplinary Technical knowledge
Mechanical Engineering knowledge on equipment
Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English
Basic knowledge in Project Management and Planning
Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software
Nice to have:
Experience in gas treatment, chemistry or petrochemistry industries is beneficial
