Job Description:

The Senior Operations Accountant manages financial control of project costs, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. Key responsibilities include month-end closing, financial reporting, cost analysis, budget preparation, and collaboration with project managers.

Job Responsibility:

Execute month-end activities (journal entries, reconciliations)
Collaborate with departments for accurate transaction processing
Prepare internal financial reports and analyze project performance
Monitor project costs, ensuring they align with budgets
Support audits and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years of relevant experience and strong financial principles understanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to have:

CPA designation preferred
Experience with ERP systems and project accounting
