Job Description:

The Senior Operations Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations including compliance, accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to enhance efficiency. This candidate will assist with vendor invoicing, approving bi-weekly payments, cash management, overseeing the accounts payable process, monitoring the month end close activities, and conducting variance analysis to provide management with performance indicators.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with billing discrepancies/issues
Cash Management/Daily Cash Receipts
Expense Reporting
Auditing Activities
Cash Forecasting/Budgeting
Assist with financial implementations
Bank Reconciliations
Vendor Bill Management

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years’ experience with cash management, AP and reconciliations
NetSuite experience or similar preferred
Strong communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills

Nice to have:

NetSuite experience or similar
