Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will lead the implementation of changes for clients and the development of new technologies within the Middle Office and Fund Accounting business, with a focus on OTC services. The role involves managing complex changes, supporting service expansion, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables by junior business analysts.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the implementation of complex changes for existing clients
Support the expansion of services into new product areas
Preparation of business requirement documentation & analysis of proposed system changes
Partnering with peers to deliver on key implementation work, product developments and process efficiencies
Managing multiple high priority visible projects
Supporting implementation tasks and testing for new system functionalities and client changes

Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge of OTC Derivatives theory and application across all asset classes
Strong Derivatives knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills
Extensive Experience working with OTC derivatives in a middle office capacity
Change management experience as a business analyst in the OTC derivatives space
Advanced knowledge of MS applications (Excel, VBA, Word, PPT)
Experience of other computer programming languages advantageous

Nice to have:

Independent valuation knowledge
Working knowledge of Calypso Technology or a similar industry application (e.g. Murex)
Working knowledge of industry applications including Bloomberg, Markit Trade Manager, Markitwire, IHS Markit Portfolio Valuations and TriResolve
Experience in client delivery and operations
