Job Description:

This role is integral to our team, overseeing the processing of payroll for both our U.S. and international employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and leading our payroll team.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the payroll processing for both domestic and international employees, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Provide detail-oriented development for the payroll team
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings, wage laws, and reporting requirements
Administer the payroll system and work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and IT departments to streamline processes
Manage and maintain relationships with payroll vendors and service providers
Conduct analysis of payroll data, generate reports, and support audits and reconciliations
Implement improvements in processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
Stay abreast with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws, proactively adjusting company policies as needed
Handle stock compensation matters
Oversee the implementation and optimization of payroll systems, including Workday Payroll and UKG Payroll

Requirements:

Expertise in 401k - RRSP Administration
Proficiency in About Time software
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Proficiency in Workday Payroll
