Job Description:

Join a dynamic and growing global organisation as a Senior Payroll Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of payroll for both local and international teams. You'll be a key contributor to maintaining payroll compliance and driving process improvements within the broader function.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accuracy and compliance of several payroll functions
Develop and maintain robust payroll processes and documentation
Utilise expertise in SAP and UKG to manage payroll systems
Conduct in-depth payroll analysis
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation
Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and other departments
Contribute to internal and external audits
Mentor and support junior payroll team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
Expertise with SAP
UKG experience highly regarded
Strong analytic skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field highly desirable
