Job Description:

They are currently looking for a few Senior Payroll Specialists to join their team in KL to ensure all services in scope deliver a high-quality product within agreed SLA’s. You will manage payroll operations and inquiries, train and support staff, and improve payroll processes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate records and compliance with tax and statutory requirements
check payroll reports to minimize errors and maintain high service standards
handle payroll-related inquiries, advise on HR practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards
lead, train, and support staff to meet objectives and resolve operational issues effectively
improve payroll processes, generate accurate reports, and stay updated on industry best practices

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant experience
strong communication skills
knowledge of HR policies
ability to multitask independently
experience with UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong payroll is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience with UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong payroll
