Job Description:

The Senior Performance and Optimization Analyst – Programmatic and Social, is responsible for performance and optimization of CMX campaigns through programmatic and social channels. This individual will partner closely with sales, account management, media planning and analytics to ensure campaign KPIs and goals are met. The role provides opportunities to collaborate with client solutions and analytics teams while troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results for stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Manage CMX campaigns ensuring goals are met by managing campaign pacing, performance, and margin through continuous optimization
Participate in weekly pod status meetings that include sales, account management, media planning and analytics
Collaborate with client solutions and analytics teams to deliver on key client needs
Troubleshoot campaign performance issues with demand side platforms (DSPs) and Social Platforms
Manage issues related to campaign troubleshooting, campaign delivery, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

2+ years of programmatic ops and media experience (with an emphasis on buy-side expertise), with a strong track record of successful campaign management
1+ experience buying media in major DSPs and social platforms
Great communication and client management skills
Detail oriented
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
