Job Responsibility:

Data Platform Expertise: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge, scalable Microsoft Azure data platforms, enabling seamless integration, modern architectures, and future-proof solutions
Strategic Data Transformation: Partner with clients to develop and execute data strategies, including governance frameworks, quality assurance, and security measures, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth
Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through advanced analytics, forecasting, and compelling data visualizations that drive impactful decision-making
Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with an international portfolio of clients, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals
Data Engineering: Develop and optimize high-performance data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and other modern tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency across platforms
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work across international teams and departments, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional solutions while sharing knowledge in a global, fast-paced environment
Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by adopting emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to the department’s reputation as a center of excellence

Requirements:

Proficiency in working with both structured and unstructured data
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platforms, including Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Power BI
Hands-on experience with data engineering tools like SQL, Python, and Azure Data Factory
Experience with various database technologies, including Snowflake, MS SQL Server, and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, Neo4J)
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with professional-level English required for global interactions
