Job Description:

The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the product design team and uphold standard processes in user experience design for our customers. You will build alignments around features and implement design thinking with a deep understanding of how to marry the needs of our business customers with digital experiences that deliver. The successful candidate will guide user experience designers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output
Craft and evolve design principles, guidelines and patterns
Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems
Work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success
Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility
Provide feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience required
4 plus years related working experience
3 plus years Figma experience
Strong communication skills
Sophisticated user journey experience
User Experience and Interface Design
Communication
Presentations
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
