Job Description:

Marriott Mobile App Team seeks an experienced growth product manager to lead product release strategies and customer communications across digital and physical channels. The role involves driving growth and adoption of the Marriott Bonvoy app and supporting marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Own the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app launch communications roadmap
Drive awareness of product priorities
Develop product positioning, messaging, narratives and value propositions
Be creative and resourceful in identifying new ways to promote the mobile app
Lead Digital partners to drive user growth
Become the face of the owned channel workstream
Collaborate with the product, design, legal, and operations teams
Work with mobile attribution partner
Work with PR to develop effective briefing materials
Build strategic relationships with Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Operations, Regional Teams
Meet regularly with team(s)

Requirements:

6+ years of Digital Product and/or Digital Strategy experience
3 - 5+ years of Product Management experience
Ability to lead with strong analytical skills
Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
Superior verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinker, organizational skills
Fluency in lifecycle performance metrics
Experience working closely with Marketing teams
Ability to act with confidence and decisiveness
Global mindset
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification

Nice to have:

Product experience launching new products
Familiarity with analytics platforms
Strong interest in advocating for products with global experiences
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
