Job Description:

Circle K is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead our global convenience store brand through a pivotal digital transformation. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to assemble and guide a top-tier team, spearhead innovation in digital experiences, and develop user experiences that are both delightful and convenient.

Job Responsibility:

Define and lead the strategic direction for the Digital Experience portfolio
Develop, maintain, and refine product roadmaps
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
Engage with key stakeholders
Oversee the measurement and analysis of product performance
Drive innovation within the product portfolio

Requirements:

Significant experience in product management w/ 5-7 years
Proven track record of managing and delivering successful products
Prior experience managing a team of product managers or leading cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills
Deep understanding of product strategy
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in analyzing product performance data
Strong collaboration skills
