We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Wholesale to drive new initiatives, enhance existing products, and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions for our Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) partners. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding experiences to our partners and customers.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate across the MVNO organization and enterprise teams to define, develop, and implement the product roadmap
own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement
translate business needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring them to life
guide technical discussions with network architects, IT teams, and back-office functions to ensure successful product implementation
solve complex challenges related to billing, network connectivity, and performance while supporting internal teams and partners
provide training and guidance to internal teams and external customers on technical features and product capabilities

Requirements:

7+ years in product management
strong background in telecommunications (preferably in wholesale, MVNO, or enterprise models)
solid understanding of wireless network technologies, data services, and billing platforms (BSS/OSS)
ability to craft and drive a product strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs
strong communicator who can engage technical and non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and drive execution
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
