We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Wholesale to drive new initiatives, enhance existing products, and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions for our Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) partners. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution—working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding experiences to our partners and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate across the MVNO organization and enterprise teams to define, develop, and implement the product roadmap
  • own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement
  • translate business needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring them to life
  • guide technical discussions with network architects, IT teams, and back-office functions to ensure successful product implementation
  • solve complex challenges related to billing, network connectivity, and performance while supporting internal teams and partners
  • provide training and guidance to internal teams and external customers on technical features and product capabilities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in product management
  • strong background in telecommunications (preferably in wholesale, MVNO, or enterprise models)
  • solid understanding of wireless network technologies, data services, and billing platforms (BSS/OSS)
  • ability to craft and drive a product strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs
  • strong communicator who can engage technical and non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and drive execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent
  • at least 18 years of age
