EZRA is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager, EMEA to focus on product expansion across key growth customers and supporting sales to drive pipeline growth in EMEA. This role will report to the VP, Marketing EMEA and will partner closely with our Brand, Solutions, Propositions & Strategy, Sales, and RevOps teams.
Job Responsibility:
Understanding the customer: Build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers, ensuring the right product is marketed to the right buyer
Gain customer insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative data - market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more - to inform account expansion strategy
Support sales execution: Proactively partner with the Sales team on key deals to ensure they are armed with the collateral, competitor intelligence, and product knowledge necessary to win. Deep dive into deals from a marketer’s viewpoint to uncover ways marketing can help position EZRA’s products throughout the sales cycle
Regional campaigns: Collaborate with Regional Marketing Director, EMEA to create and execute campaigns that focus on embedding and expanding EZRA’s product portfolio. Measure and report on the business impact of these campaigns
Regional collateral: Work closely with the Solutions and Sales teams to develop and deliver engaging collateral for new and existing products. Maintain the sales collateral database to ensure all collateral is current, relevant, and impactful
Help us pivot and win: Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to support go-to-market efforts: Win/Loss Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls, Visits, and Renewals
Support our global GTM: Support product launches by collaborating with the Proposition & Strategy and Brand team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build demand from prospects and customers
Influence others: Work closely with Proposition & Strategy and Sales Leadership to deliver talk tracks about market trends and intent data
Requirements:
8-10 years experience in product marketing
at least 3 years in a senior PMM role
strong understanding of the product lifecycle and customer journey
exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
ability to gather and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations for account expansion across product portfolio
proven experience in creating persuasive and visually appealing marketing collateral and decks
successful track record in leading product launches, from strategy to execution
a deep understanding of sales, in addition to revenue tools such as Salesforce
ability to manage competing priorities
demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross-functional teams
