The business you'll be joining are a leading UK contractor delivering works anywhere up to £80m across multiple-disciplines. Well positioned with a strong order-book, this business are benefitting from delivering exceptional work mostly in the public sector covering Education, MOD, MOJ, Healthcare and more.

Job Responsibility:

taking projects from inception to completion
managing commercials
spotting opportunities to benefit the client and employer
working closely with the operations manager and full project team

Requirements:

Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a history of running jobs and managing the client
full project life cycle experience
SMSTS qualification
eligibility to live and work in the UK

Nice to have:

understanding of tight and efficient supply chain
strong relationship-building skills
