Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Comprehensive project planning and control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Leading, planning, directing, and coordinating all activities with the entire project team, both internal and external
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, negotiating requirements and resolving issues
Proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and site-related challenges
Implementing robust risk management strategies to minimize project risks
Providing regular project progress reports to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 20 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the Malaysian context
Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead site project teams
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to thrive under pressure, work long hours, and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in computer software for planning, reporting, communication and presentation
