Job Responsibility:

Oversee all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations to inspections
Work closely with contractors, landlords, and team members to ensure top-quality service delivery
Build trust and long-term relationships with tenants and landlords
Proactively address concerns and ensure satisfaction across the board
Develop and manage property budgets to enhance revenue and reduce costs
Monitor financial performance and prepare insightful reports
Maintain accurate records and handle legal matters like lease disputes and evictions with confidence
Mentor, train, and inspire junior property managers
Foster a positive, high-performance team environment

Requirements:

Expertise in property management, leases, and maintenance
Financial acumen for budgeting and performance analysis
Knowledge of Scottish property laws and regulations
Strong communication skills to handle diverse challenges
Proven leadership to motivate and uplift your team
Tech-savviness with property management software & Google Suite
Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
