The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide comprehensive quantity surveying expertise across a range of water infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, reservoirs, and pump stations. You will lead the cost control function for projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates, budget management, and value engineering. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate cost models, prepare tender documents, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. You will monitor project costs, track variations, and implement cost-saving measures, prepare and manage payment schedules and claims, and ensure compliance with all relevant contractual obligations and industry standards. You will contribute to a collaborative and efficient project environment, working closely with project managers, engineers, and site managers.

Excellent knowledge of relevant cost estimating software, measurement standards, and contract documentation
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to cost management, with a commitment to delivering projects within budget
