Job Description:

An established architectural consultancy with a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on projects ranging from new-build residential developments to refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works
Take on the role of Employers’ Agent for JCT Design and Build schemes
Contribute to legal claim work
Provide mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors

Requirements:

MRICS qualification
Experience within the residential market is beneficial
Employers’ agent experience would be desirable
Previous consultancy experience

Nice to have:

Employers’ agent experience would be desirable
