Job Description:

Randstad are working with a trusted client, looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a reputable contractor, working on the Yorkshire Water AMP 8 framework.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of contracts based on NEC3 forms of contract
Responsible for the successful delivery of these contracts ensuring to achieve set margin target
Analyse and report on costs, accruals and forecast costs using company accounting and commercial systems available
Support in the tendering process by preparing subcontract enquiry documents, tender analysis and recommending the project team in the selection of the most suitable subcontractor/supplier
Procurement of subcontractors and materials
Subcontract management including drafting of the subcontracts, assessment of application for payments, change management etc.

Requirements:

BEng civil engineering
eligible to live and work in the UK
