Job Description:

A dynamic and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices nationwide is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Epping team. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor keen to take on a leading role within a collaborative and ambitious consultancy. Working across an exciting portfolio-including Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport-the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent capacity.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects from day one
Act in both a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent capacity
Deliver projects
Mentor junior staff
Play a key part in client relationships and regional growth

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
