Job Responsibility:

In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Specifications, and Contracts
Must be familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, evaluating claims and payment certification, issue Purchase Orders, evaluating and comparing quotations, etc
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final account
Manage sub-con payments and main-con claims
Prepare award of contract, checked contract documents and recommend contractor’s evaluation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior design industry
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and relevant industry tools
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes
Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
