Job Description:

As front of house, you will be responsible for providing a 5-star experience to our clients. The role encompasses a range of operations, front of house and office service tasks. As part of a successful team, you will be required to support in a fast paced environment and carry out a variety of admin tasks. Flexibility, attention to detail are key factors, work under pressure whilst offering dedication and accuracy.

Job Responsibility:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering phone calls and emails
Preparing client rooms for meetings
Assisting in the set-up, organisation and smooth running of events
Ensuring the safety and security of the building
Liaising with teams to ensure any queries or concerns are passed to the relevant team members
Other ad hoc duties to enable the smooth-running of the department when required

Requirements:

previous front of house or reception experience within professional services
highly organised
excellent attention-to-detail
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
ability to provide an exceptional service to the firm's visitors
excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
flexible approach to work
positive attitude
great client service skills
ability to work as part of a team
