Job Description:

Senior Recruitment Consultant role in the Education - Secondary sector, focused on growing a secondary recruitment desk. Work involves both client-side and candidate-side responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
manage current relationships within the business
grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
interact with clients to assist them with recruitment needs
source candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for clients
write and tailor advertisements specific to clients’ needs
conduct searches via database, incoming applications, job boards, and various online tools
build a network of talented candidates to present to market.

Requirements:

Recruitment experience
ability to generate client relationships through business development and sales calls
ability to manage current client relationships
skills in growing existing client accounts by identifying sales opportunities
ability to interact with clients to assist them with recruitment needs
candidate sourcing skills
ability to tailor advertisements to clients’ needs
expertise in database searches and online tools
networking skills.
