Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Reinsurance Technician to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Reinsurance Technician, you will work closely with the reinsurance team to handle and process reinsurance accounts. London based role. Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.

Job Responsibility:

Handle and process reinsurance accounts for commercial lines of business
Work closely with the reinsurance team and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts
Review and analyse reinsurance contracts and documentation
Assist in the preparation of reports for management and clients
Liaise with clients, brokers, and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements within the reinsurance team

Requirements:

Proven experience in account handling within the reinsurance industry
Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in using reinsurance software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
