Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Research Manager to lead a team of mixed methods researchers working to inform Atlassian's Enterprise & Platform investments, including Enterprise Foundations, Teamwork Platform, Commerce, Ecosystem & Marketplace. You will partner with other teams across Research & Insights and the company to drive efficient, insights informed decision making, identifying critical opportunities for improving the customer and user experience on our key products and delivering business success.

Job Responsibility:

collaborate with designers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers to create innovative solutions for Atlassian, driving our Enterprise transformation
identify, define, prioritize and deliver on the critical research needs, delivering measurable impact to the business
partner with product managers, designers, data science, engineers and other cross functional teams to define the research roadmap, execute the strategy and deliver critical insights that move the business forward
lead and inspire a high-performing team of mixed method researchers
connect UX insights with our established brand and market research insights
provide thought leadership in UX and related research practices.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Research, including leading research strategy in complex and/or enterprise-level software environments
5+ years of experience managing research teams of 4 or more
expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to business problems, impacting both product direction and detailed experience design
proficient in hands-on research, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve product plans and UX in a technology industry setting
compelling storyteller with experience driving engagement with and actionability of research-driven insights and analyses
proven expertise influencing business strategy and driving change across organizational boundaries
experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
