Job Responsibility:

Design and build complex Ruby on Rails applications
Develop server-side infrastructure to support an intuitive user interface
Collaborate with UI, connectivity, and DevOps teams to solve challenging technical problems
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements
Support continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and presenting architectural suggestions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience developing, shipping, and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications
Advanced knowledge of Ruby and object-oriented programming and design principles
Proficiency in debugging, analytics, and problem-solving
Solid experience with caching solutions (Redis/Memcache) and RDBMS engines (Postgres)
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Contributions to open-source projects are a strong plus
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
