Four Points by Sheraton Richmond is a 195 room hotel with 11,000 square feet of meeting space and stunning outdoor event space. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing clients, and driving revenue while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new business and maintain existing clients/Market Specific accounts
Drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality
Manage revenue by utilizing market industry data
Motivate staff by setting goals and providing feedback
Utilize sales tools/systems to identify, report, forecast and communicate sales data
Ensure client satisfaction by responding to needs and concerns
Manage self/workload effectively
Attend all daily, weekly and/or monthly department/hotel meetings
Requirements:
2-3 years of Hotel Sales Manager experience, preferably in a full-service hotel
Must be detail oriented
Ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization
Ability to problem-solve with employees and guests
