Job Description:

This is a key role where you will be the technical lead for Salesforce development projects, working direct with vendors and implementation teams to ensure top-notch solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Drive Design & Build Salesforce projects
Remain hands on Technical with Salesforce APEX Coding
PUSHING back on Salesforce.com direct consultants to be able to protect the interests of the company
Technical lead for Salesforce development projects, working direct with vendors and implementation teams to ensure top-notch solutions

Requirements:

APEX Coding experience – CUSTOM Coding with APEX and NOT just Declarative Coding / Configuration
FSC Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud
Flows experience
LWC Lightning Web Components
CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications OR Willing to get them asap OR Salesforce Architect Certification
Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer
Salesforce FINANCIAL CLOUD PREFERRED OR Salesforce Service Cloud
Omni-channel experience is a plus
Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the insurance industry, specifically life insurance
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and implementation
Proficiency in Informatica Power Center is a must
Demonstrated ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and application design
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on Salesforce-related issues
Ability to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is desirable
Solid understanding of data migration and Salesforce integration approaches
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Platform Developer or Certified Technical Architect, are preferred
Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality

Nice to have:

Omni-channel experience is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is desirable
