Job Description:

Our Brampton-based client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer to join their team in a hybrid on-site capacity. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Salesforce professional with at least six (6) years of experience in Salesforce design, development, configuration, coding, and architecture. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC), Vlocity Public Sector Foundation (PSF), OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, the selected consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that align with best practices, security standards, and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements using tools like Apex, OmniStudio, and LWC
Collaborate in an Agile Scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions in short sprints
Ensure data security by implementing access controls, sharing rules, and security configurations
Lead technical design sessions and perform code reviews to ensure reliability and performance
Execute data migration tasks and provide documentation, including High-Level Architecture and Technical Design documents
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while offering innovative solutions
Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend improvements for the platform

Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce design, development, configuration, and architecture
Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC), including knowledge of Vlocity PSF, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud
Experience with complex Salesforce solutions, including data management, integration, and customization
Deep understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including data sharing rules and access controls
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Ability to design and execute data migration tasks and provide clear documentation (e.g., HLAD, TDD)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide knowledge transfer to technical and business users
Experience with Salesforce code deployment processes, including sandbox management and change management
