Job Description:

This role involves managing technical aspects of Salesforce.com® implementation, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on development and data work.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate the technical development and deployment of Salesforce.com® functionalities
Work with business analysts, technical architects, and developers to convert user stories into technical designs
Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore development teams
Maintain data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
Collaborate with MuleSoft and SAP CPI integration teams
Monitor application performance and provide technical support

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the detail-oriented Services industry as a Salesforce Developer
Proficient in Atlassian Jira
Extensive experience in backend development
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business logic
Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies
Proven experience in AB Testing
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Ajax
Experience in API development
Knowledge of ASP.NET
