Join Our Team as a Senior School Administrator - Term time only + 1 week! Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education? Our vibrant school community is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior School Administrator to join us on a Temp to Perm basis.

Job Responsibility:

Managing Administrative Tasks: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions
Supporting Staff & Students: Provide assistance to teachers and students
Organising Events: Coordinate school events and activities
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate student records and manage data systems
Liaising with Parents: Be the friendly point of contact for parents

Requirements:

Experience within an administrative role
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Organisational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software and school management systems
