Job Description:

Our private sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Security Specialist to join their Technical Program Management Office. The Senior Security Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing security controls and management strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. The role provides expert guidance on security matters and ensures compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, communicate, and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines
conduct security risk assessments and business impact analyses
lead the design and implementation of security controls to mitigate identified risks
investigate security breaches and recommend control improvements

Requirements:

Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
extensive experience in security risk management and threat mitigation
familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
must have NV2 clearance
